Wilmington plc announces new group structure
Following a Board-led strategic review accompanied by a detailed three-year planning exercise, the Board determined that Wilmington will focus on governance, risk and compliance ("GRC") and Regulatory Compliance. Alongside this change, the Group will structure and report its business as two strategic divisions: Information and Data, and Training and Education effective from 1 July 2021.
